What is included in the monthly fee?
Our fees cover supervised care, age-appropriate early learning activities, meals or snacks depending on the plan, and daily updates on your child's activities. Registration and any optional add-ons, such as extended hours, are listed separately.
Is there a registration or enrollment fee?
Yes, a one-time enrollment fee applies when your child joins Digital Twins Childcare. This covers initial assessment, orientation, and setting up your child's individual care plan. Full details are shared during your consultation.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes, parents can request a plan change based on evolving schedules, subject to availability. We recommend speaking with our team at least two weeks in advance so we can adjust staffing and space accordingly.
What is your refund or cancellation policy?
We require 30 days' written notice for cancellations. Fees already paid for the current month are non-refundable, but any unused prepaid balance beyond that period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Do you offer part-time or drop-in care?
Currently our plans are structured around half-day and full-day monthly enrollment to maintain consistency for children and staffing. For occasional or short-term needs, please contact us directly to discuss available options.
Are meals and supplies included in the price?
Meals and snacks are included in the Full-Day and Extended Care Plus plans. Parents in the Half-Day plan may send a snack or select our optional snack add-on. Basic learning supplies are included in all plans.
